4. Course Enrollment and Payment

When you enroll in a paid course:

• Payments are processed securely through Razorpay
• All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) unless stated otherwise
• You receive lifetime access to purchased courses
• Refunds are subject to our refund policy (within 7 days of purchase)
• Course content and pricing may change without notice

5. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Share, distribute, or resell course content
• Download or copy course materials for redistribution
• Use the platform for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Interfere with or disrupt the platform's functionality
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the platform
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users or instructors
• Post spam, malware, or malicious content

6. Intellectual Property

7. Certificates

Upon successful completion of a course, you may receive a certificate of completion. Certificates are for personal use and verification purposes. We reserve the right to revoke certificates if we determine that course requirements were not legitimately met.

8. Refund Policy

We offer refunds under the following conditions:

• Refund requests must be made within 7 days of purchase
• You must not have completed more than 30% of the course
• Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days
• We reserve the right to deny refunds for abuse or violation of terms

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The platform and courses are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the platform will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. We do not warrant that course content will meet your specific requirements or expectations.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Campus Mitra Edu shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms of Service, fraudulent activity, or any other reason we deem appropriate. Upon termination, your right to access the platform will immediately cease.

12. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or platform notification. Your continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

13. Governing Law
